Always kind service, and my order has always been what I asked for. Generous portions, and I have never had a complaint about the freshness/ripeness of the veggies. Some people might complain about them using pita 'out of the wrapper', but there are local pita makers that I believe I have seen them use, and yes, they come in a wrapper like other bread!
